So for Vday I took the man out to tapas in the village over at Barrca, thanks in part to Urban Daddy and my perk! What sold me about this place was the 7 different types of sangria that is offered. Of course we took the challenge, as it was UNLIMITED for 2 hours. The inside is cattle farm rustic, old jars, exposed wood, to maso jar glasses. The sangria is kept in large mason jars at the bar and labeled. So for food I ordered the huevos con patatas bravas. The patatas bravas were everything! Crispy red potatoes seasoned and served with a creamy aoli sauce. Thick cut bacon graced the side of my plate, easily washed down with the sangria. My BF ordered the omelet with mushrooms and manchego cheese mmmmm delish! We also had the pan con tomate to help absorb the copious amount of liquor we would consume. From what I can remember the de la mancha and tradtional rojia were my faves. Our waiter was super nice and knew what order we had ordered our sangria's in. Overall 4 out of 5 forks as I would def eat here again.
Check out the menus here!
Go to Urban Daddy to get the inside scoop on the hottest stuff (I think I'm doing the burlesque next!)
