 Hey there bloggers!  So once again I have decided to finally join something after everyone else has done it and now have a new obsession.  Pinterest! At first I was a bit hesitant but now I can see the appeal for users.  Its a great way to bookmark images to things that you like so you can reference them later versus the traditional form of bookmarking links.  So now not only to I run my own jewelry boutique, Poshmark, Facebook, Instagram, I now Pinterest! Understanding my addiction

Here's some photos of my one closet that I keep my accessories in.  I used a clear shoe holder for my bracelets and necklaces. The clear pouches make it easy to find items. I always speak of how accessories are fun easy ways to try trends and experiment.  My fave place is Barami for trendy and fun pieces.  However today i went into Laila Rowe and picked up a cute wallet.  Of course once I tire of something and it's still like new (or gasp! Never worn!) it will make it's way to my poshmark closet. So look me up bkblueagave 

New wrist swag

So yesterday I got my awesome new bracelet courtesy of E.Kammeyer.com.  I ordered the blush as I wanted to start with some neutrals first.  I have been obessing about owing one of these since I had the pleasure of meeting her in person at a Poshmark event in NYC.  I actually ordered mine via Poshmark (bkblueagave is my closet name) and I got it two days later.  Not only is it super cute and different but it came in a cure burlap sack with a wonderful handwritten thank you!  So if your looking for some wrist swag that's not your average item click over to her site and see what she has to offer.  Stylist Liz Teitch has also featured her items on her blog!

I haven't done this in awhile so thanks to everyone that's following me or ever made a comment. I appreciate it. Also sorry about the lack of posts but I haven't been feeling on top of my game and well I made a bet for no shopping this month. I mean who writes fashion blog then makes bet not to shop smh lol. I have learned that yes I do buy a lot of random crap and should focus more on key pieces. So I've been making my list and checking it twice lol. A night of Poshmarking

So tonight I was lucky enough to get invited to a Poshmark meet and greet in NYC at the Dream Hotel on 16th. Wow!!!!! It was great to meet people from various walks of life and avid poshers. I had the chance to meet one of the co-founders (who mentioned there are some exciting things in store for this year), Liz Teich a stylist (click here for her site), and prob one of the coolest designers ever Emily Kammeyer who makes the coolest tassel bracelets (check out her site here). I got to meet Amanda, part of the marketing team as well as LyAnn. It was so much fun and I'm hoping that I can get invited to the next event in NYC!!! So if you haven't already go get the app and follow me @bkblueagave as well as the fab ladies from Poshmark.

To posh or not to posh?

This is the question I'm asking. So for you iPhone users there is an app called Poshmark, it's like the love child of Etsy and EBay. It's a great way to sell items that are just collecting space, like those Tory Burch flats, Guess handbag, to even that Forever 21 necklace. I love that it's easy to use and they even take care of shipping. When you sell an item they email you the label once the buyer accepts the item your credited the money. You can either keep it as credit or have it deposited into an account. The only downsides are they take 20% and most everyone wants to bargain. Other than that I love the app and have sold quite a few things. If you get it check me out @bkblueagave. As they say happy poshing!
